I may not technically be new to DA, but up until a few weeks ago, I only saw it as a convenient place to kind of.. store your artwork, with a bonus: every now and then you'd get people commenting on your stuff, showing their support, critiquing your art, etc.


Little did I know DA was actually a Magical Mystery World of its own, with its very own laws, drama, popularity contests and communities (actually some people seem so intensely.. bound to each that the word "fellowship" comes to mind, but that might be because I just ended yet another LOTR marathon - extended versions, all the appendices, that's many many hours so please excuse the obsession.)

Anyway, I thought that seemed cool.
And I think I'm gonna give it a try, really get involved, browse art, comment and fave what I like, reply to those who take the time to comment/note me, etc.
OMG, I even just wrote a journal entry! Yay!



Not sure too many people will be interested in reading all that but I just meant to let all those who did pay attention to me and never got a reply of any kind, that I'm sorry, really, and even though I can honestly say I had no idea what was expected from me, that's no excuse and it was still so incredibly rude, so I'll say it now...
